Hi everyone.
I'm a 61 year old male in pretty darn good shape, except for terribly wimpy glutes, from all the sitting I do. I'm just becoming aware of how too much sitting will deactivate the Gluteus Maximus muscles so I'm on a campaign to get them strong again. The problem is I don't want to blow out my knees in the process--I've already had a torn meniscus repair job a few years ago.

Anybody have any suggestions?
