Does anyone have a good stretching routine? I have been stretching for 5-10 minutes first thing in the morning and was wondering if anyone had suggestions for that and post workout stretch routines.
I do about a 15 min am yoga routine i made up to target areas I have trouble with (desk job).
I also stretch after workouts...
Do you have specific areas you want to target or just an overall stretching routine?
Just a good overall body stretch to start the day and get going
I wish there was some kind of java application to where you could put in the amount of time you have, what parts you want to stretch, etc.. and it would generate a little routine for you to do.. now that would be sweet.
