Bone Marrow broth
Hey guys,
I got some from my local farm and I was wondering if you know of a recipe that doesn't involve with putting lots of veggies in a broth. I want to be able to use it for for any kind of dish i make. As well, any recommendation for storage?

You just replace water for the broth anywhere you don't mind a beefy flavor.

I often make bone broth with NO veggies at all except I alway toss in some celery bits and parts, maybe a slice of onion. I prefer it mild and on the bland side so I can add salt and flavours depending on usage.
Nothing saying you MUST add veggies. Just do straight up bones if that suits you

How long can you keep it in the fridge before it goes bad?
