Too bad they had to mention fats. And here is an interesting quote from the article: "But no major studies have looked at the impact of too much sugar on levels of fat in the blood." Really???
I'll take it as a step in the right direction. Sounds to me as if they are avoiding admitting that they were wrong all these years and trying slow hang on to what they've said before so they dont have to admit it. Punks!
WebMD article with findings released from the AMA... this is a huge departure from previous recommendations that did not mention sugar consumption.
