Birth of the Beast
So yesterday I did all my shopping, due to my partner breastfeeding and having 2 young children I'm only going 80% primal. Today was my first day
I currently weigh 18st 4lbs (257lbs) some is muscle but a lot is fat (let myself go since 2 years ago doing this).
Today though I've done 100% Primal
Breakfast: Bacon, Omelette with Turkey pieces (love it)
Lunch:Fruit Salad with a bit Honey(1 Apple, Orange, Blueberries, Grapes and Raspberries) not too keen on Raspberries, but loved the rest
Dinner: Sausages with Sweet Potato Mash (mixed in some grated Apple and Thyme, was awesome)
Snacks were Celery with a bit of Peanut Butter and a banana
