Do you get a similar amount from lunch/dinner or do you find yourself eating lower fat after a high-fat brekkie? I find myself eating between 60-200g/day. Under 95g is usually when stressed and/or low activity, so it's rare, but it happens (especially now, as it's exam-season). Usually between 100 and 160g daily.
Perfection is entirely individual. Any philosophy or pursuit that encourages individuality has merit in that it frees people. Any that encourages shackles only has merit in that it shows you how wrong and desperate the human mind can get in its pursuit of truth.
I get blunter and more narcissistic by the day.

I give you one star out of ten if you eat it early in the morning and two stars if eaten after Noon...
Soooo forgive a semi-newbie (only 4 months in) but does someone care to explain why you'd rate it so low? Avocado, eggs, bacon (presumably, pic is a little dark on my tablet), coffee, figs? Not sure what I'm missing here, looks like a typical primal/paleo breakfast to me.
