There's 100-110 grams of fat in that breakfast.

Don't worry about that other post, they seem to have a huge fear of fat.

    Nice.

10/10 for the breakfast. Fab stuff!

Do you get a similar amount from lunch/dinner or do you find yourself eating lower fat after a high-fat brekkie? I find myself eating between 60-200g/day. Under 95g is usually when stressed and/or low activity, so it's rare, but it happens (especially now, as it's exam-season). Usually between 100 and 160g daily.

Perfection is entirely individual. Any philosophy or pursuit that encourages individuality has merit in that it frees people. Any that encourages shackles only has merit in that it shows you how wrong and desperate the human mind can get in its pursuit of truth.

    I'd apologize, but...

I give you one star out of ten if you eat it early in the morning and two stars if eaten after Noon...

Soooo forgive a semi-newbie (only 4 months in) but does someone care to explain why you'd rate it so low? Avocado, eggs, bacon (presumably, pic is a little dark on my tablet), coffee, figs? Not sure what I'm missing here, looks like a typical primal/paleo breakfast to me.

Gorbag, as his avatar announces loves his carbs. I suspect this would be why it would not be to his tastes. I, OTOH, would rate that breakfast a 9/10. Skip the dried fruit and it would be perfect. We all have different macro ratios that we prefer.

I'm with you on the figs... I used to love them, but my sweet tooth has kind of declined lately. I find them to be almost TOO sweet for my palate now.

Heh, logic don’t seem to be your strongest side Paleobird, even if is very true that I love the taste of healthy carbs it doesn’t then implicate that I don’t enjoy fat and proteins as well...

I don't have a fear of fat... I eat tons of dairy and coconut oil, I just think there is a point in which it is excessive and harmful.
