    Sorry be be dense - but is that a challange you want adding to the list? If so give us some more details about where you are at not and what your gonna do and when the race

    My goal is to not completely suck at my Tough Mudder race in May 2013! I have too much pride to let my team down!

    Update from me: I can now do one leg get up from a chair (which is getting my thigh parallel to the floor) but I can't quite hold that position without the chair to catch me.

    What is the concenes with pistol squats, does parallel count or do I need to go lower?

    3) 3 minutes total of planks front/side/side

    Just a little progress report: I deadlifted 303lbs for four reps today, and seem to be right on target for hitting 400lbs before the year is out!
