I have an hourglass figure. 180lbs, post holiday.... 5'7, 28" waist. I pretty much only dropped weight off my midsection. Only now seeing arms and legs getting smaller.

I am 5'3", with about 30 pounds to lose, and my waist is 32".
5'2", 125ish, 29 inch waist
5' 3" here. Currently 26 inches waist.

5'3" waist (at belly button) is about 30. Seems to fluctuate between 29 and 31. Waist at thinnest part is 29 but that's up near my ribs.
Female, 5'3", 48, Starting weight: 163lbs. Current weight: 135.
Starting bench press: 30lbs. Current bench press: 75lbs.
I believe measurements would be highly dependent on your body type.
I'm pretty solid everywhere right now, but even at my lowest weight never got under a 30" waist (I think). Right now I measure 36 or 37".
I remember reading that most women "should" have a waist measurement of 35" or below. (re: fat distribution)
