If you can't afford grassfed just start with regular meat. Stick to the leaner pieces and add some good fat like coconut oil or ghee.
Maybe you can find ground meat or other fattier and cheaper cuts that are grassfed and alternate with other meat.
For breakfast search for frittata recipes. I basically make them with equal parts beaten eggs and veggies like bellpepper or spinach, some browned meat, ham or bits of bacon, seasoning. put in muffin forms and bake in oven for 15 minutes or unroll done.
