    Knife, I suggest fry or bake your starch, it's easier for the belly
    Back when I started primal, a banna a day would turn my stool really hard
    Now I can eat more than 5 a day easily.
    It takes time to introduce food. Enrich your fat meals with tubers, small portions and heat them up
