that sounds about right...
Hey guys,
I'm following a high-intensity strength training workout program. It only takes me 45 minutes to workout, but it's REALLY hard. I do supersets of 4 exercises (squats, dumb bell overhead presses, pullups, and burpees) with 1-2 minutes of rest in between.
I'm adding more and more weight each we, so I do rest longer between supersets because it's so tiring, but I'm wondering how long you guys spend in the gym.
Best,
Raza

"dean ornish and dr. davis think the palmitic acid our bodies use for fuel while we sleep is poison if we eat it. zero-carbers like charles washington think the oldest fuel in our evolutionary history – glucose - used by organisms a billion years ago and without which the brains of modern mammals cannot survive for more than a few minutes – is an unnatural toxin if you eat it. both views ignore basic facts of medical physiology and defy evolutionary history." - kurt harris
It takes me an hour and a half. :/
Partially because working out is a stress reliever so I make my stay at the gym as long as I can. My one concern is that this pushes me to overwork my body.

Strenght workouts - about an hour

Yeah, I can understand it being a stress reliever. What kind of stuff are you doing in the gym for that long? I guess it all depends on what you're doing.
It takes me about 2 hours, but if you only focus on the basic lifts which is very effective 45 minutes sounds right. Though if it gets heavier you will have to rest longer
I'ma eat this beat like a beef eatin vegan
About an hour, includes warm up and cool down.

I do 3-6 sets of bodyweight exercise about every day. I do them while I'm busy with other things around the house, so net time is maybe 5 to 10 minutes. No travel time, no waiting for equipment, no changing clothes, no shower needed.
