Yes, it does contain whey protein which Grok didn't have access too. But remember, as Mark says, whey protein "can be an effective, occasional high-protein meal replacement with most if not all of the potential allergens mitigated or negated".

To make it more primal I recommend using coconut milk or coconut cream instead of the milk. Both taste great!
