    I just recently bought the DDP Yoga dvd's and can't say enough good things about them. I'm sure that many of the traditional yoga purists may not consider it to be "real" yoga but there's already a pretty big assortment of videos/routines out there for them. The market that DDP is going for is people like myself who normally would have never have even considered doing yoga.

    I did a lot of yoga earlier in the year but lately have been doing more Pilates and Tracy Anderson mat work.

    just go to youtube and type in power yoga routines and see what comes up.

    or, you know, go to a local studio/teacher and take a class.
