Day 7 of Project Filthy and - my hair looks better today than yesterday! It's got great body, and feels really soft. It still looks a bit sticky at the back and at the very front, but it doesn't look greasy - just looks like I've got a tiny bit of serum in it.
If this is the end of a decade of static I'll eat my hat.
I totally agree about deodorants btw - I've never been a big user and boyfriends in the past always used to say that my skin had a really nice scent. I remember one time I was trekking in a jungle in Thailand with my boyf at the time and we went for a swim in a lake. When we came out he actually asked me if I had put on perfume! This was after trekking for 6 hours, and swimming in brown water (which later gave me a fever...)
When I was living in India I had to wash a lot because I smelled of turmeric. True story! You are what you eat.
Since going Primal I don't need deodorant at all.
