Beginning weight: 134
Goal: 125
Started the SLD yesterday afternoon, with one TBS of coconut oil. I had a normal dinner. Didn't need food today till 2pm- after and easy 6 miles outside. Impossible that the oil had effect that soon, I think it's placebo effect.
Today so far 1TBS Extra Light Olive Oil...
Fingers crossed!

Day 3 of oil, and I feel decrease in appetite for sure. Going with it....
Will give this a solid 10 days to see if I drop any LBs....
