Hey everyone! Been a long time reader of MarksDailyApple along with a bunch of other blogs and websites of the same nature. I decided to start my own little blog in hopes to combine all my research of diet and exercise with the lifestyle of a nomad or constant traveler.
No reason you shouldn't be able to stay completely healthy and fit while traveling the world! In upcoming posts I'll talk about Paleolithic diets vs Blood type diets like Dr. D'Adamo's and why I am not too fond of the Candida diet.
