What to do with all this canned pumpkin?

    Primal Fuel
Someone gave me about 10 cans of organic canned pumpkin. Now what in the world do I do with it? I make a bison/pumpkin chili but honestly we can only eat so much of that. What can I make that I can blend in some pureed pumpkin to get those awesome nutrients?

Canned pumpkin, simmered in (chicken) bone broth, with a bit of bacon. Yum, soup!

make a sauce of the pumpkin, thinned with a little stock/bone broth or cream, and fresh sage, add crumbled sausage, serve over zucchini noodles.

Lately I've been having a big bowl of pumpkin for dessert. Pure pumpkin with lots of pumpkin pie spice and some stevia. I like to put it in the freezer for a little bit too so it's nice and cold.

Canned pumpkin + broth of choice + sauteed onions + "milk/cream" of choice + curry powder + sweetener of choice = easy pumpkin soup.

I like curry and sweet, but the sweetener could easily be left out. I also make this fairly thick, so be careful when it starts to boil because it pops and hot pumpkin soup burns like a mfer. Beef broth might have a bit too much flavor, so you can use chicken, veggie, or even plain water.
