3 for 1 recipe: Crackers, Flat Bread, Tortillias

    Shop Now
5 ingredients. This is a great recipe to have on hand for tummy troubles or sandwich cravings. This simple 5 ingredient bread actually was born when I had a stomach bug and just wanted crackers. I didn't want to put all that processed stuff that is in most gluten free store bought crackers in my body - lest I feel even worse than I was! If you need carbs for your stomach or otherwise, or, just want your sandwich - and you want to keep it as clean as possible - and tasty - this is for you. Recipe with step by step here

Honestly, I don't know. I've not had extra to freeze. If you try it, let me know!

I did the crackers in my microwave because i didnt feel like turning on the oven. They came out like the pita bread.

I did the flat bread on a griddle to go with soup... perfect! Thanks for the supremely easy recipe, Curlygirl! Next I will try the crackers. These would be perfect cheese-n-crackers crackers... no overwhelming cracker taste that hides the taste of the cheese!

I'm also thinking of adding garlic and spices to the flatbread. Or cinnamon. The possibilities are endless!
