    A Few Questions On Spices

    Primal Fuel
What would go best to give ground beef flavor?

Also, if I simply want to stir fry various veggies, what herbs/spices would make it tasty?

To kick up the flavor of beef, use mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, salt. I also use Soy sauce, I figure I don't use much so shouldn't cause any problems.

Garlic, chilli, curry powder, paprika, italian herbs such as basil. (These are alternatives, don't use them all at once).

Also onion, though of course it's not a spice.

With the veges, onion and garlic and chilli again, also ginger, lemon.
I like cardamom seeds, but they are very different.

Make it into a burger with sauteed onions an garlic (cooled before adding to meat), salt and pepper and then fry up and slap some burger fixings on it.

Depends on the flavor your going for
For Mexican, add to taste any or all of the following.
Chili's or Chili Powder, Garlic, Cinnamon, Hot or smoked paprika(depending on preference), Coriander,
Onion, Red Pepper Flakes, Oregano, Cumin, Salt, Black Pepper, Lime, Cocoa powder.

When available I prefer to use fresh ingredients but you can use dried or powdered as needed.

Depends on what you're cooking! Spices and herbs compliment the dish, not just the meat. I've found that chocolate adds depth to chili and stuff though

Try star anise! Chef Blumenthal recommends this in many of his magical dishes. I am also using it in my Easy Ground Beef Recipes

For burgers I use tumeric, cumin, garlic, pepper.

For taco meat I use garlic, cumin, cilantro, chili powder.
