I found some Hawaiian spirulina at the supermarket (Fairway is awesome) so I bought it. It's drinkable. I'm embarrassed to say but it smells like cum. So green it looks like paint.
I need to improve my diet since I'll start working next week and will be out the house the whole day long. Also 30 mile mostly uphill bike ride per week in the winter.
Aside from cheese, chocolate, beer, coffee and the occasional rice, I'm mostly back to primal. I've been on and off for years. One thing I never gave up is the high saturated fat. Even when I ate lots of carbs I didn't gain weight since I was eating very high fat (low PUFA).
