what is the 80/20 rule? How does it apply on a weekly basis? 5 days good eating 2 days making mistakes??? please fill me in.

Also...anyone tell me what foods have Omega 6's in them? How can I reduce the 6's when I dislike seafood (high in Omega 3's)
