Good going Oceangrl!
I hear you about the last ten pounds.
Mine are basically gone, but I continue to do the oil because
for some reason it makes me feel good, and I DO like the appetite
suppression when I DO get hungry.
I usually have my coffee around 8:30 with 15g heavy cream, 30g of
half and half, then 50g of whole milk.
This usually keeps me "full" until 3pm. Always has. I've never been a breakfast
Anyway, but come 3pm I wouldn't exactly be RAVENOUS, but I'd eat... and then snack
a little here and there until dinner at 6, 7 or 8...
The oil actually keeps me from going balls out at 3pm, and then when I take it after my
"lunch" it keeps me from going balls out at dinner too.
It ALSO keeps me from wanting an F-ton of chocolate after dinner as well....
That's where I'd get into trouble.
Calories looking great all day until that damn 300 calories or more of chocolate after
I ate dinner would put me over my allotment.
Now some might say "well, you ate those chocolate calories in all that oil anyway, why
not just eat the chocolate?"
If you ARE asking that, then you need to read this nifty little book and digest it yourself.
I can't explain it myself and have it stick in your brain.
I borrowed the book from my library months back, but I'm actually going to buy it today
for my personal library because it gave me so many lightbulb moments, I want it in my
