Well, *I* have been a big fat loser the last three days - first I was raped by milky way midnights, and
then yesterday, after an 8 mile hike straight up and straight down, I felt entitled to a bottle of wine
and then, the horror, CHINESE FOOD.
So I guess I'm just going to have to go with yesterday's weight of 123.0 for my first month of
Shangri-La and very low carb.
It's still a great loss from 128.8 to 123.0 = 5.8lbs, but it would have been MORE if I kept my head
in the game and really hunkered down and kept my eye on the prize.
However, my libran mind has justified it in thinking that I'm trying to get to my goal by
summer, and that it's okay to stick in one spot for a bit, and I HAVE been lifting weights and
walking up to 10 miles a day, so, so, so, so,
SO THERE, I'VE JUSTIFIED MY INDISCRETIONS
like I always do.... ahem
