Yep, that's what I figured too. Luckily sugar is abound. I am almost tempted to try to replicate the experience described in SL about sugary sodas, since there is no shortage of those either. But If I feel ill, I will just skip sugar water for the reminder of the time. We are only going for 3 days, so shouldn't be too bad.
Good going Julie!!!!Today, February 4th I'm 123.2

Just dropping in to say I've picked up the cold drifting around my brother's family, and have spent all day yesterday and today in bed trying to heal up. Hate being sick.I would like to reiterate that I had a bit of a sugarfest Sat night at a party after no sugar (not even fruit) for a month, and less than 24 hours later, I was laid up with a sore throat and congestion. Just sayin'.
I didn't do SLD yesterday or today, too sick to stress about it. But all I ate was soup and fruit, so even though my food volume was higher than usual, I'm not worried about it. Also, the AS is still in effect; I've basically been making myself eat to try to nourish the sickness out of me.
Gonna start back on the oil tomorrow. Crossing my fingers that all the broth, water, ginger/honey tea, and supplements/vitamins I had today will mean I'll magically wake up tomorrow morning all better. I had to miss Crossfit this morning, which makes me MAD.
