So, I'm on Da 3 of using oil (I've been using Walnut oil), and not one ounce has changed on the scale. I'll give it another week, and post a full disclosure of food/calories/macros/weight/measurements....but so far....nada. I'm eating less because I"m eating only dinner (and never even thinking about food during the day), but not seeing any physical results yet. Time will tell.

Goal Reached: 30-09-12 @ 143lb. Now bouncing between 145lb - 149lb. I'd like less bounce and more consistency :-)
Started Cross Fit 20.12.12 ---- Can't wait to submit my success story on the 1st anniversary of starting primal.
