What's your protocol? Type of oil? Daily diet? I am considering starting tomorrow....

I started about 10 days ago. I did a little over a week taking coconut oil in the afternoon. That didn't seem to do anything, so a few days ago I added a morning dose. I think that is beginning to work. Nothing earth shattering - but noticeable.

I use refined coconut oil. I don't measure it, I just eyeball it. It's in a warm area, so I don't have to melt it first. I pour it into about a half glass of water, tip my head back and chug it.

Jammies, I never had a weight problem until I took meds that cause rapid weight gain that I was never able to lose. I'm hoping this will work. It's worth a try anyway.
