I think I'll adopt your spice jar idea. I've messed up sev'l times on days that I'm dashing about or working in my studio or garden and simply lose track of time.
Glad you are on the good hormones. I have come to believe that hormone decline is associated with the diseases of aging.

Lost 75# eating low carb (20-40 g) and then MDA primal low carb. Tried many other options but only LC helped me lose weight and improve health. Now at a good weight, I find my body can tolerate a few more carbs but rarely go over 100 g.
