    Primal Fuel
I'm on my 2nd week of CO shots, actually 7th day since I took Sat & Sun off. I've lost 2 lbs, after scale had not moved for close to 6 weeks! I'm not ready to say it's the oil yet, but going to keep doing it and see what happens. Hope the oil is the difference and weight loss continues at a steady pace!

I trained even higher intensity today, the results?? yes ate more, two snicker bars

I am thinking tomorrow I will have potatoes perhaps am not having enough starch and craving sugar.. so will try a potato day. If that didn't work, then I have to ease up on the training until I lose some weight!

I skipped lunch today after working out. Usually I am so hungry after my workout, but not today! Did the CO shot instead and will wait until tonight to eat. Loving the AS!!

I backed off on my gym heavy lifting workouts, but..I walk 30 minutes every day. I get bored walking so 30 minutes is pushing it. Today I walked 75 minutes, came home and cleaned my apt, swept both of my decks, walked to the store for double batch of bone broth and got them into my slow cookers. Not a bit of hunger. I finally just had a little sliced flank steak. I love AS. It's better than Adderall. ;0)

    Hi hots,
I don't understand how easing up on training will help you to lose weight?
FTM. I'm not biased, I hope everybody beats the mags!

I survived my day out (including pizza) and refocused today. I'm about to head off to the gym. I haven't noticed any extra hunger as a result of my workouts, but suspect I'm not lifting as heavy as many others, and my HIIT is a mere 15 minutes.
    Starting Weight: 197.5
    Current Weight: 123
Lost 75# eating low carb (20-40 g) and then MDA primal low carb. Tried many other options but only LC helped me lose weight and improve health. Now at a good weight, I find my body can tolerate a few more carbs but rarely go over 100 g.

Some people can't lose weight when they train hard, walking and simple jogging for me is OK.
Many here found this, especially the people who lift heavy weights.
