    Made this today, to go next to my lamb curry. It was pretty dang good! Only thing I would change is that next time I'll be more generous with the tomato. I used canned tomato because the fresh ones looked like watery mush. I would use at least half the can next time instead of just one tomato.

    Always like to err on the side of more tomatoes whenever possible, myself. And also more hot stuff ;-)

    I can't quite remember, but I think the only reason I made it with one, is that I only HAD one.
