I bought two cookbooks for myself for Christmas - Well Fed (which hasn't arrived yet) and the electronic Caveman Feast. Between these, the free recipes out there, and Practical Paleo, I think I've my cookbook needs addressed

Last night I tried my first recipe from the Caveman Feast, which was "Monster Meatza". The crust recipe called for almond meal, but I don't have any and figured coconut flour wouldn't be a good substitute. I just left the "flour" out and proceeded. For a first meatza attempt, it came out quite nicely and holds together well. I've never been a fan of real pizza anyway as my body always made me pay for it...so this was nice.
