Hey guys, so I decided to start intermittent fasting starting new years day. Mark has said that fasting is good for the body and weight loss, but I remember reading that if you fast and eat, weight will come back with a vengeance. I was wondering if that's true. I want to fast so I can get leaner, skipping breakfast or dinner on alternate days
