    Hey everyone i need some raw honey to do a stir fry sauce out of marks new book was wondering if any of the main super markets do raw honey Tesco, sainsburys etc if so whats the name?

    Haven't yet found any in a supermarket, I'm afraid. You'd be better off asking round local health food shops (NOT the bigger chains like Holland & Barrett, but the little local one down the High Street kind of one), or see you can find a friend who keeps/knows someone who keeps bees and can give it to you directly. Whatever you do, don't bother buying organic, it's really rather a rip-off, you'd be better buying local honey even if it isn't raw!
