    Flax seeds

    I've done this off and on long before I found PB. I would make a smoothie with flax seeds.
    The only tool you may need is a coffee bean grinder. Toss two or three table spoons of flax seed in the coffee grinder and give it a zap. Then off to the blender with what ever liquids you want. Adds texture and flavor.
    After finding PB I shifted to coconut milk, water, whey protien and flax seed.

    I don't think flax seeds are considered primal, but I make a flaxseed mug muffin to go with my bacon and eggs for breakfast. It is low carb, and freshly made so it passes my own rules. I guess it fits into that 20%.

    I'll go with flax seed not being primal, Grok never had a coffee grinder. I don't remember seeing it on Marks hit list of bad food. It's ( I hope ) just not primal.

    I think we need to leave the grinder out of the equation; by that logic, ground beef wouldn't be primal either.

    but you can eat unground beef pretty easily, can you say the same for flax?

    I imagine you could grind flax seeds between two rocks. It would be a lot of hard work. Probably easier to kill a mammoth.
