Primal Journal (jachildress)
Ok, started this post a little late. I just started day seven.
Snack - scoop protein powder + nuts + strawberries + blueberries
Breakfast: - 4 whole eggs + red/yellow/orange/green peppers + squash + butter + avacado
Snack - fuji apple + nuts
Dinner - large chicken salad + strawberries

4/19 (day 8)
Post workout - protein powder scoop
breakfast - five eggs + veggies + avacado + strawberries + blackberries + few nuts
snack - apple
lunch - venison, egg, cheese, & squash casserole...
snack - large salad with chicken breast
dinner - venison, egg, cheese, & squash casserole... and salad and small glass of wine
too much food? It doesn't feel like it while I'm eating during the day, but writing it all down it seems like a lot.

Still going just haven't had time to work on this journal. But this is day 16!
