Only because it makes you feel good. Eventually the novelty of all foods wears off. I don't crave anything, which I consider to be at a healthy relationship with food. I don't deny myself whatever odd craving I have, but I eat depending on how I feel. The novelty of all food eventually wears off and you find yourself naturally gravitating towards more nutritionally dense foods 9/10 times.
Believe it or not, a day in the life of Derpamix doesn't consist of a 12 pack of mexican coke.

I can appreciate how laid back you are, but you have to realize that this community is full of Type A personalities that would rather die of the stress of trying to optimize their health than relax and eat a cookie.

I don't have cravings and I do eat nutritionally dense foods all the time. I have a very healthy relationship with food. Delicious and life sustaining.
Perhaps you exaggerate to make a rhetorical point but you do make it sound like you live off coke, gummy bears, and lots of highly sweetened coffee, OJ and milk.

If only they realized orthorexia is more harmful than just eating that cookie.
I could easily live off those things, but it's not all I eat. I consume a lot of oj and milk simply because they require no prep work and contain all the nutrition I really need. Raw milk is a complete nutritional package that could fully sustain me assuming I never get bored of it, which I don't, really, because I know other options are out there. I eat tons of fruit, some starch like potatoes and white rice as well.Perhaps you exaggerate to make a rhetorical point but you do make it sound like you live off coke, gummy bears, and lots of highly sweetened coffee, OJ and milk.
Point is, like you, I suppose, I eat what I want.
