First of all, get a flame paint job done on it.
Okay, now you can cook. Apparently it can shred stuff if you leave it on long enough.

Its the pro series.
Its ENORMOUS!
It sounds like a jet engine when I start it up. I'm not even kidding.
Its red.
What the hell can I make with it besides sweets? I gotta test this thing out!

Get the grinding attachment for the front and then the sausage stuffing thingy and make homemade sausage! Go to www.kitchenaid.com, click on "Products", then "Stand Mixers" and slide over and down to "Stand Mixer Attachments and Accessories".
As an aside... is that a DOG in your avatar?!?! Because if it is, I HAVE to know the breed (I love big dogs)! Either that or you are really, really short.
I use mine for baking, but also mashed potatoes. I want the juicer attachment so we can do fresh juice, but I don't think we'd use it enough for the price.
my parents have one... when I was growing up, we used it to grind meat, mix batters, whip egg whites and/or cream... but mostly for baking stuff.
Crabcakes, I work at a dog daycare and that's a very large, fat lab. His name is Yoshi and I call him Squishy Yoshi 'cause he's, well, squishy. We're best friends. He likes it when I carry him, which I often do.![]()
I don't have any fancy attachments for it yet. I asked for them for christmas for my kitchen aid classic, but I got a new one instead. I really want the grinder/stuffer one. I would love to make my own snausages and cranberry relish.
My friend is going to come over and make souffle's with me tomorrow. I'm thinking sausage and mushroom with some aged cheddar on top. NOMZ!
Salsa!
Pico de Gallo!
Cauliflower Rice!
Cauliflower Mash!
Other stuff!
