First off Dr. BB, January 9th is an awesome day to have a babe. That was my mother's birth date.

In regards to primal gifts, got loads of dark, dark chocolate from a co-worker. My husband got me a Cuisinart hand mxer(whipping cream and other good stuff) and an I am The Stig t-shirt. From one of my sisters I got a Thirty one Gifts skirt purse with 3 skirts. Not bad at all.

I got a meat grinder attachment for my kitchenaid mixer which means I might actually use it now. Though I still wish I had a source for venison (sob).

Got a new Smith & Wesson pocketknife, which is kind of cool and arguably primal/paleo.

I asked for another cast iron skillet but Santa didn't bring that around.

I finally got Arkham Asylum to work on my computer (had a weird error for years) and am loving it. I bought Arkham City on the Steam sale.

I got a pair of Fila Skele-Toes and some toe socks, I love them, but once I wear them out, I am going Vibrams!

My stocking held 5 bars of dark chocolate with cocoa nibs and a bag of pistachios!

Oh well if vid games count then I also got PS3 Fight (Move version) Am now suffering a sore shoulder as a result but it was fun. I used to box & Kickbox but never played vid games so while the actual fighting part is easy for me.. trying to work with the controls on the move sticks is a complete PITA...

My boyfriend did martial arts for at least 10 years straight, from childhood through his teen years. He tried that game with the Move sticks and hated it because it doesn't register "real" jabs & movements. I guess it wouldn't make such a good training module .
