Bacon is an unusual exception. Most types of animal fat have at least 1 or 2 grams of fiber (soluble) per 100 grams.
Fat is a macronutrient. Fiber is a type of carbohydrate, which is a different macronutrient. So fat, in that sense, can't contain fiber.
It's kind of confusing. In a kitchen, a steak or a piece of chicken is referred to as a protein. But a steak is obviously more complex than simply protein molecules. It contains fat and water. Any carbohydrate content in the fat is probably negligible and safely disregarded.
So short answer: no.
