Hey Gang,

Check out this new video I made demonstrating some push-up variations. The clip shows about a dozen different types of push-ups, ranging from a beginner's incline push-up all the way to some pretty advanced stuff!



This is the first video in a series about bodyweight progressions that I will be sharing over the next few weeks to help promote the upcoming Progressive Calisthenics Certification workshops that I'll be leading.

What no no-arm push up

Awsome vid as usally, you make the almost impossible look easy, but also somehoe achievable, not that I'll be atempting a one arm clapping or superman any time soon.

ETA: If I could get to the workshop I would be signing up now but it's a bit far to drive and I think my car would sink just past Cornwall

+1 on the no-arms push up...was waiting for it. LOL

How about the Japanese style push up? Also, I saw a guy doing something called Lizard push up while looking for your YT channel. Are those even worth the effort?

I've just started reading your pull up book in the hopes of being about do a few in 2013.
