Hey,
I'm relatively new to this primal lifestyle and I've been reading all up on it for a month now. The whole idea appeals to me and I want to do it but it's hard, especially as a college student. Being home now, all my meals are either prepared for me or bought for me. And believe me no one is cooking or buying primal. I'm surrounded by grains and processed junk and my family would scoff if I ever proposed we throw this away or never buy it. Point is, I really want to make this switch but it's hard. And then once I start eating SAD, I can't stop.

How did you guys get adjusted?
