    Primal swedish christmas treat

I thought I'd share a recipe for Swedish christmas sweets that is fairly primal:

    Ischoklad (Ice chocolate)

    200g dark chocolate
    100g coconut oil

Melt it all together and add some flavouring e.g. orange zest, some peppermint oil or some ground cardamon. Pour it into small moulds and put them in the fridge to set.

Serve them cool directly from the fridge. A classic christmas recipe!

Oh, ice chocolate! My grandmother used to make it when I was little. Since she would only make it in winter, she would just put it outside on the window sill in the snow. Very primal
