I don't want to lose weight, just body fat.
I'm new to PB and started a week ago. I changed my diet several times based on what ppl have said on my other threads
If you want to lose body fat, you'll have to do more than exercise lightly a few times a week. You'll need to lift and do cardio, too, at least in my experience. Your meals seem ok, how much fat are you eating?

Don't do that, dear. One week is too short a time to determine whether it'll work for you or not. What works for someone else may make you gain weight and feel like crap. Ultimately, advice is all good but it's useless unless it works for you. Stick with what you've been eating for a month and then tweak it. You will know what's working then, nobody knows your body like you do.

Oh ok, so far i'm comfortable with the eating plan above, i feel good and not hungry. Fat is at about 130 grams according to fitday
Will i be able to continue to lose body fat at 1,900 calories or do i decrease as i keep going? I plan on always keeping carbs lower than 70 grams to keep burning fat
To burn body fat, you have to pick heavy shit up and put it down. Eating this crappy diet is going to turn you into a potato sack that weighs less.
everything can end, and it would be alright.
From my personal experience, I lost weight and fat by doing heavy cardio and some weight while keeping calories less than 1500, and it seems the other ladies on this forum did have to eat less to lose weight also. You're not overweight. You're roughly where I was when I started in terms of body composition, and so the weight is going to be harder to come off as you reach a set point of where your body likes to be.
