My chiro gave me 2 quick, inexpensive fixes: get rid of your office chair and get a yoga ball to sit on, and raise your monitor higher on your desk so you're forced to sit up and look at it.

What your chiro is charging is ridiculous. We pay $25 per visit for all 3 of us to be adjusted.

My personal solution (not for everybody): get really pregnant. If I slouch, I'm in instant discomfort. Mean Baby gets very grouchy with me and lets me know it!

Alternately, I switched to a standup desk about a decade ago. I just made my own, and made it high enough so it fits run under my armpits and I'm forced to stand up straight. Best thing I ever did -- forced me to stand up straight all day long.

Ok, I'm male so getting "really" pregnant is not possible.........would getting "slightly" preganant work?

or get one of those pseudo baby bumps and strap it on really tight.

Ok....wife is thinking, it makes sense and if it does fix us, how do you put a price on health? Get home and we were emailed another bill for another $100.00. Now I'm pissed! I've been to well over a dozen chiropractors over the years with moving etc. Yes, first visit is always a little more, but they atleast give you an adjustment so you feel better. For $200.00 all we got is told how much this is going to cost us.

Dr BB, unfortunately afterwards, when you're no longer pregnant, it is far easier to slouch Though I didn't really do it badly until bub #4 was born. Found I was almost touching my lap with my nose lol.
