1 month primal results
just thought I would share with you my results from going primal this month: *keep in mind I was unable to work out due to an injury during this time*
- down 8 lbs,
- 2 % body fat down
- lost 1 inch in each area (hips, chest, and waist)
on top of this, my bloating is gone, my skin is clearer, and i no longer suffer from pms cramps and cravings.
This has changed my life and I have zero intention of going back to my old way of eating.
