    I've been going to CrossFit for a few years. I've gotten much stronger by Lifting Heavy Things, but I still look the same (whole grains... UGH). The workouts + CW eating had no effect on the muffin top. Hopefully workouts + PB will bring out the muscle definition I know is under there.
