    OMG was this so good and so easy! My expectations were low but then I've only had a hard pasta, boil and drain life to draw from. Just cut and scraped, drizzled and rubbed olive oil over the inside and sprinkled that with sea salt and pepper. Baked for 50ish minutes at 400F and covered with some simple, homemade sauce with ground beef.

    Fifty shades of awesome!

    it's seriously good, and there's so much you can do with it. i first tried spaghetti squash as an alternative to pasta and thought, "yeah, this works." then i tried it alone, or with seasoning, or used it other dishes, and it has easily become a top ten food for me.
    it's great freshly scraped with butter, salt and pepper, but i found it is the perfect side to any meat if you toss those "noodles" and other ingredients into a pan and saute for just a few minutes.

    I looooove spaghetti squash but so far have been to lazy to make it myself though.
