Inviting you to be appalled at my today's food intake

Seriously! I need a weighty slap (pun intended) in the face!
Please be my guest and judge this out for a female, 27 y.o., fairly active (but currently in vacations) and toned, who intends to drop her weigth from 136 to 126 lbs:

    here (by fitday.com)

P.S. I'll only say one thing: homeland - a rural homeland where delicacies blossom out from the soil our eyes watch...

That's a lot of calories, but I'm not appalled. Fruit kicks ass.

Except for the cashews and peas I'm not appalled either. Okay, okay even with that I'm still not appalled. Whenever I eat too much, I find myself much less hungry the next day, so it kind of naturally balances out.

One thing I'm super happy about is that with Primal, even with high calorie days here and there, I still won't gain weight.

I love persimmons. Not sure I would eat 6 of them in a day, but I still love 'em.

Ah, yesterday and today I ate only half... half of the persimmons!
As blasphemic as it seems [ie, to someone who might be starving in this right moment], I got to say I'm glad we're running out of them...

    Thanks for your inputs!
Cheers, and have a splendid Christmas. The best ever!

Looks a lot better than what I ate today! (primal french toast casserole, greek yogurt, homemade nachos, and lemon chicken)

There is nothing appaling about eating whole foods. Everything you put in your body was good for you.

Your macronutrients are almost exactly what the USDA recommends. Cool.
