Except for the cashews and peas I'm not appalled either. Okay, okay even with that I'm still not appalled. Whenever I eat too much, I find myself much less hungry the next day, so it kind of naturally balances out.
One thing I'm super happy about is that with Primal, even with high calorie days here and there, I still won't gain weight.
