    Eating plan advice or samples for a lean body please!

    Hey guys, i recently posted a thread about my eating sample and asked for opinions. Everyone said i should be eating more so i changed my diet. But can you guys give me other eating meal samples or tweak mine if I didn't change it good enough?? I'm not trying to get big, but just maintain a lean muscle look and lose fat. Eating, workout, and attributes below: Thanks guys!

    Height: 5"6
    Weight: 135
    Body fat: 19-20%

    Workout: mon/wed/friday
    1. Pushups: 3 x 15
    2. Weight squats: 3 x 15
    3. Deadlift: 3 x 15

    Eating routine:

    1. Breakfast: 4 large eggs, garlic, and olive oil
    2. Lunch: Big salad with cherry tomatoes, broccoli, peppers, bacon, chicken (cut up), and turkey, olive oil
    3. Snack: 1 oz almonds
    4. Dinner: Steak or chicken or fish with mixed salad
    Total calories: roughly 1900-2000
