Demuralist, thanks for responding. As much as I dislike tracking I am learning from it. This morning's breakfast was a mistake. I was just tired of eggs and wanted something different. Here's where the carbs came from: coconut milk 4 g. (full fat), raisins 12g. I had no idea 2 T would have that many carbs (though not that many calories) 6g coconut flakes and 3 g almond butter. This unsatisfying meal provided only 7g protein. I will not do that again!
