I don't like tracking, but it must be necessary for me right now, but will see how I go.
I love guacamole! Sour cream, avocado, coriander, couple of cherry tomatos, and a little red onion. Oh, and salt and pepper and lemon juice. After giving some to my children, I ate the rest with 2 rashers of bacon. OMG drool!
This is the earliest ive been hungry in a while (10am) so will go with it.
Should be satisfied for ages now. I have not checked the macros as yet.

Time to go to my awesome butcher this afternoon.

Demuralist, thanks for responding. As much as I dislike tracking I am learning from it. This morning's breakfast was a mistake. I was just tired of eggs and wanted something different. Here's where the carbs came from: coconut milk 4 g. (full fat), raisins 12g. I had no idea 2 T would have that many carbs (though not that many calories) 6g coconut flakes and 3 g almond butter. This unsatisfying meal provided only 7g protein. I will not do that again!

I will add the cream cheese recipe to our LCHF recipe team too. Easier to find it there!
This is badass and I think I love you.

I would definitely track. I've been hanging out in low carb friends bb and found that people who have been doing this for 6+ months track their macros. You will have to adjust as you lose. Also, there is a typical adjustment period of 1 month where you will either gain or stay the same weight for a period of time then you will start dropping. I'm not able to come into MDA from work so I research NK on low carb friends.

Yeah ill suck it up and track for now
I might try making cream cheese clouds today, but not keen on the fake sweetener.
I do have coconut sugar, so might use that.

    Oh yea, I won't eat Splenda. I used xylitol (1/2 c) and "Swerve" (1/4c).

Thanks ayla for figuring out my macros. That was close to what I had calculated I had figured 55g protein and 31g carbs 122g fat. I did not base it on my bmr but on my lean body mass plus 22% body fat. I came up with a need for about 1400 cal. I can't get even close as I have no appetite. I am really interested to see if I eventually start to lose or not. I really hope so I have a good 50-60 pounds of baby fat to ditch and the baby is 7 years old!
