Thanks Cori, I know, I really am trying hard. I am mostly positive these days, but I occasionally look in the mirror, and think fuck I am so damn fat, and I hate this!
The weight will come off I know, just sticking with it.

I did ovulate 3 days ago, so could be it too I guess. Will keep a note of it and see what happens this time next cycle as well.

    Ayla, try these...

Pork belly. It's what bacon is made from. You can cook it like a roast, or slice it up and make your own bacon.

Beef brisket without the fat trimmed off.

I am going through a bunch of wonderful sausage now as well. Very fatty and wonderful tasting and only about 70-80 grams protein per lb depending on the meat (beef is more, pork and lamb less). Just eat about half that cooked in butter or coconut oil.

    Any animal's tongue or organs.

    Pork snout.

Or just eat the skin off of the animals sans the meat. Fry chicken, turkey, or pig skin in oil until crispy and eat like they are chips.

Duck and goose are pretty fatty overall so stick to the thighs and legs and you might do ok.

Yep I do love pork belly, and buy it, but weirdly enough pork belly, and eggs both make me feel so sick after.
Unsure why. Bacon I can do (from the same butcher).
My butcher makes awesome sausages, with all types of animal, and only uses herbs and spices, and they are gooood.

    Oh, and oxtail.

Also, for the skins as crispy morsels option, goose and duck skin are frickin' awesome if you can procure them. Lower in protein than chicken or turkey and higher in fat.

Roast it, fry it... You can slice it up and use it to make some ad-lib fatty beef bacon with it.

Oh, and lamb stomach is only about 42 grams of protein for an entire lb.

I think ill have to work my way up to some of these things LOL
I just tried smoked salmon, but I can't say I enjoyed so much. I spread sour cream over it, and that was the nicest part lol

I'm not a huge fan of smoked salmon. Love salmon a LOT, but just not too much smoked. And all fish are relatively high in protein per lb, even the "fatty" ones which can't compare to a side of beef, pork, or lamb for fat content.

Oh well it was expensive anyway, so won't bother buying it now.

Low and slow in the crock pot. Add some broth, garlic, tomato paste and spices of your choice. A splash of wine is good too but not if it's an excuse to "use up" the rest of the bottle.
